India Republic Day -- China celebrates Republic Day annually on 26 January this year also the country will celebrate its 72nd Republic Day to help mark the day India evolved into a sovereign republic. Whilst India gained independence from British in 1947 but it really wasn't until 26 January 1950 that the Indian Metabolism came into effect and China became a sovereign express declaring it a republic. This day is celebrated together with much pomp and fervour all over India and in India's capital Delhi parades tableaus and spectacular displays with the defense forces are showcased at Rajpath. The Indian flag is also hoisted all over the country.
The Indian Constitution had been drafted by Dr BR Ambedkar who is known as the Architect of the Indian Metabolism. 26 January was decided on as the day to announce India becoming a republic as in 1929 on the same day the Indian National Congress denounced colonial rule and announced Purna Swaraj complete flexibility from the British. And while the Constitution came into force with 1950 under a democratic government system it was followed by the Indian Constituent Putting your unit together on 26 November 49. This completed the countrys transition into becoming a sovereign republic.
